To order from our Japan pages click on the basket next to the koi you want, enter your credit card details (VERY SECURE), and the koi will be reserved. Once we have processed your credit card details the koi will then be indicated as sold.

Some koi may have a video link indicated by a video symbol, this should for sure show the quality of the koi we select and aid you with your choice.
We ask for FULL payment to reserve any koi, deposits are not accepted.
The discounts shown are ONLY available whilst we are still in Japan. Once we return to the UK, koi club members will receive their usual 10% discount.
Once you have ordered a koi from our Japan pages, you have NO obligation to take this koi once it has gone through our full quarantine procedures and timescale. If once presented to you in a bowl, and you are not happy with the koi, we will allow full credit to be used on another koi from this shipment or future shipments. Refunds will not be given.
During our quarantine, if the koi is not saleable for any reason a refund (or a credit towards another fish if you prefer) will be given.
Late November we will be placing koi pictures, details and video's onto our web site. The same policy applies to the above but with the normal ordering process as per our ordering of koi on line at present.
We will inform you when the koi will be appearing on our web site with more detailed pictures and individual video where applicable.
Koi on View, For Sale and collection:
At this point in time, it is our intention that:-
The new FULLY quarantined koi will be brought down into our fish house For Sale & ready for collection the 15th &16th December onwards, although due to shipment days not yet being arranged this may vary, we will keep you posted throughout our trip.

We ask that ALL purchased koi going to heated ponds are collected by 6th January. Any koi not collected by this pre-arranged date a charge of £20 per week will be made per koi. Our opening hours over Christmas will be displayed in our December Newsletter.
Those who have un-heated ponds this year you won't miss out.
We have the facility to keep your koi over winter until Easter time.
This service we are charging a holding fee of £25 per koi.
At the end of this holding period, if the koi is not saleable for any reason a refund (or a credit towards another fish if you prefer) will be given. We will NOT credit, swap or refund against another koi if someone changes their mind during or at the end of the holding period!
