Dry Goods ordering- PLEASE READ
Please if possible order any dry goods via our website or phone by Sunday 18th December to avoid disappointment. We will be ordering in our last stocks of 2011 on Monday morning, and will not be ordering again until 23rd January 2012. So if you need anything over the festive period please order NOW.....
Last orders will be shipped on Tuesday 20th December for delivery on Wednesday 21st. Our next courier service will resume on Monday 9th January.
No Koi will be shipped until Monday 23rd January after Monday December 19th.

If you have bought a koi from our Autumn Japan pages you should of recieved an email.
If not PLEASE get in touch as soon as possible!
We ask that all koi going to heated ponds are collected this weekend or a holding fee will be charged.

How to enter-
The prize -
Then the lucky winner will have the chance to collect each month up to 15kg of any in stock Nutrikoi range. With a maximum of 180kg of food for the whole 12 months. If you are the lucky winner then of course we can courier the food to you no problem.
Loyalty points can be used up to 50% of each koi value purchase.
The food will be of NEW stock each month and have a 2 year shelf life.
No more than 15kg of food can be collected each month and must not consist of 3 x 5kg tubs, only 15kg sacks will be given.

PLEASE note the first two Saturdays in January we are CLOSED, but open on Sundays
Saturday 17th- First release of new Koi from our Autumn visit. OPEN 10am till 4pm
Sunday 18th- Release of new Koi. OPEN 10am till 4pm
Monday 19th- Special opening. OPEN 10am till 4pm
Tuesday 20th- Special opening. OPEN 10am till 4pm
Wednesday 21st December till 3rd January CLOSED for visiting and tele-sales. Orders placed over the internet during this period will be sent out from the 9th January onwards.
