Richdon Tosai growing on service.

Richdon koi are proud to announce that we will be offering a tosai growing on service this summer.
Richdon Koi 'Growing On' Offer
All tosai koi purchased during the Richdon Koi Spring 2007 trip to Japan with a retail price of £450 or over are eligible to be left at Richdon Koi until the end of September 2007 for a period of 'growing on'. For the health of the koi this offer is only open to those who have heated ponds.
This is provided to help grow the koi at an optimum rate and offer the koi keeper a potentially much larger koi at the end of the growing on period. This is as a result of being in a pond with similar sized koi and high feeding rates.
Terms and Conditions:-
The offer, due to space restrictions, is limited to 30 koi. The offer is strictly based on a 'first come first served' basis and the customer is requested to state at the time of koi purchase if they wish their eligible koi to be 'kept on' as part of this offer, and of course before the koi has been taken from Richdon Koi’s premises. The price for this 'growing on' service is an additional £125 (per koi) on top of the koi's purchase price. There is no club discount on the 'growing on' price.
During the 'growing on' time the customer agrees that Richdon Koi may take any, and all, reasonable steps, that in Richdon Koi's exclusive opinion, are necessary to safeguard the health of the customers koi.
Whilst all reasonable steps will be taken, Richdon Koi will not be responsible for any losses (including death) or injury to the koi during this 'growing on' period, howsoever caused. For the avoidance of doubt the growing on period is deemed from the purchase date of the eligible koi until the customer collects the koi.
Richdon Koi will not be responsible for the development (or lack of development) of the koi during the 'growing on' period.
The customer agrees to collect the koi from Richdon Koi at or before the end of the growing on period, which is 30/09/2007. The customer agrees to give Richdon Koi one week’s notice prior to collection of the koi.
Any koi not collected by this date an additional charge of £50 per week will be made per koi.
At the end of the 'growing on' period we can also offer a delivery service, which can be arranged on a weekday.
